‘’I have worked in sales for 20 years, of which 16 in the fashion industry. I started working for BESTSELLER 11 years ago and my responsibilities include managing Jack&Jones and Selected Femme/Homme.
To me working in this industry is all about relationship building. The most exciting part of my job is that every day is completely different.
Working for a brand like Jack&Jones means that we’re always working on launching new products and new categories. During my time working with BESTSELLER we have expanded into new markets such as fragrance, kidswear and plus size. Finding new distribution channels for these categories always keeps us on our toes.
The other part of my job that I am really proud of is growing alongside and developing my team. We always bounce ideas off each other and work collaboratively to achieve results.
We pride ourselves on our close relationship with customers, some of whom have been with us for over 20 years. They remain loyal to us and we remain loyal to them.
Ultimately, our customers are the people who help us bring our brand forward and in return we support customers by bringing new business to them. They put a lot of trust in us and we make sure we have the right product at the right time for us to provide the best level of service.’’

''In January 2021 I will be at BESTSELLER Ireland 14 years. I started as a junior at aged 20 and was the first person to come from a store into the office. I started off in Name it, then moved to Jack&Jones and now I’m looking after Vero Moda, Noisy May and Pieces. I have a team of 3 and this job would be impossible without them. Training my team and watching them develop into who they are today is a real highlight for me.
My favourite part of the job is developing people in the office and developing our stores. I love seeing customers grow with us. We work closely with them to transform their stores with shop fits and as a result we are growing our brands within their business. Watching our customers achieve goals and budgets means so much and we want to be there for them through good and bad times and always be a support to them.''

''I have worked at BESTSELLER Ireland for over 8 years. In this time I have worked with both retail and wholesale. My favourite part of the job is when I get to work on projects from start to finish like opening a new retail store where we get to transform an empty shop unit to a slick branded store. For wholesale we’re always working on identifying a gap in the market and creating products that are on brand and have commercial appeal.
I love meeting new people and I think building relationships with customers and franchise partners is paramount to ensuring success for both our business and their business.
We constantly strive to offer the best products at the best value for money for our end consumer and we work closely with our customers to achieve this.''
